the staff here are super lovely and really make u feel welcome! the room was comfy with nice touch like the nespresso machine and cute record player. also, the location is perfect so close to kelvingrove park n a bunch of good bars and restaurants. breakfast was pretty good too, loads of options to choose from!
i was a bit disappointed with the check out time being so early at 10 am, and the room had some noises from the reception area that woke me up.
